What if you don't fill a role in a given month?
Placement credit rolls. The retainer guarantees one permanent placement per active month — if a search runs long, your credit carries forward until we land the right hire. We don't bill you for failure.
Which roles are eligible at the $5K/mo rate?
Any permanent role with a full-time-equivalent salary between $65,000 and $100,000. Roles in the $100K–$150K band are covered at $7,500/mo. Above $150K, we'll quote a custom retainer or executive search engagement.
Are there placement fees, commissions, or hidden charges?
No. Advertising, sourcing, screening, scheduling, references, BGC, offer management — all included. The retainer is the entire bill. The whole point is replacing an unpredictable cost center with a single, predictable line item.
How quickly can we start?
Discovery call this week, intake within 48 hours of contract signature, sourcing live the same week. Most clients have a shortlist in hand inside two weeks of kickoff.
What if we need to cancel?
Cancel anytime. The retainer is month-to-month and auto-bills on the 1st. Pause or cancel before the next billing cycle and we wrap up the active search cleanly.
Branded or unbranded outreach — what's the difference?
Your call. Branded means your company name appears on the job advertising and outreach. Unbranded means we run the search confidentially under Banyan's umbrella — useful for replacements, sensitive roles, or competitive markets.
